What happens if I want to remove my lash extensions?

Extensions should always be professionally removed to avoid damaging your natural lashes. I offer safe removal services that gently dissolve the adhesive without pulling or irritation.

How should I prepare for my lash appointment?

Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes — no mascara, eyeliner, or oils. NO CAFFEINE before your appointment so you can relax comfortably during the service.

Can I wear makeup with lash extensions?

Yes, but avoid using oil-based products as these can build up on the lash line causing irritation and uncleanliness. If you’d like a little extra definition, stick to oil free eye products.

What to Do If You Have a Lash Allergy

Lash extension allergies are extremely uncommon, but if you have a history of irritation or develop an allergy it is best to do a patch test before committing to a full set. If you have a reaction to a lash extension set, I do complimentary removals. I am not a doctor so I cannot give medical advice but advise your personal care provider.

How do I care for my lash extensions?

Clean lashes twice a day with eye safe cleanser and cleaning brush making sure to get in between the lashes. Do not pick or pull lashes as this will cause damage to the lash line. Sleep on your back when possible to help with maintenance and retention.

Can I get lash extensions if I wear contact lenses or have sensitive eyes?

Absolutely — just remove your contacts during the service for comfort. If your eyes are sensitive, let your lash artist know; we use gentle adhesives and can adjust your service for comfort.

What are signs of a lash allergy or sensitivity?

  • Redness or puffiness around the eyelids

  • Itching, burning, or watery eyes

  • Mild swelling or tenderness along the lash line
